DISCOUNTS FOR INDIVIDUAL TUITION

5% Term Discount: Pay your One-on-one Tuition fees in advance for the full term to receive a 5% discount. (Fees must be paid one week prior to the beginning of the new term.)
Please note, only one discount applicable per family per term.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
​
Payments for tuition are invoiced and payable in advance. However, your child’s first session can be paid as an individual payment, at the end of the hour. If you are happy, and wish to continue with Ready Set 4, you can then elect to pay by the month or term in advance, and the following payment options are available:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Fees will be invoiced through Tutor Bird, according to your chosen payment frequency

Ready Set 4 operates within term dates stipulated by the Department of Education Academic calendar

Sessions are 50 minutes in length with a changeover at 55 minutes

The full invoice is payable by the first class

Fees are to be fully paid by the due date on the invoice, and are due one day before the first session in your selected payment frequency

Payment options are by cash, bank transfer or by credit card

Payments onsite by card is available, and will incur a 1.1% surcharge

A non-refundable enrolment fee must be paid in full upon enrolment. This fee covers an initial phone consultation to discuss individual needs and make arrangements, administration, time spent viewing academic reports or assessments to learn about your child’s skills, material costs and planning for your child’s tuition based on individual needs using information provided by you and by your child’s school. I dedicate at least an hour of my time prior to all initial sessions with my students; reading all material provided by you, making notes and planning for their first session which is tailored to their individual needs.

Tuition for three siblings is discounted at 10% off tuition fees for the third sibling.
CANCELLATION POLICY

If notice of absence is provided no less than 12 hours prior to lesson commencement, then a make-up class can be arranged during the upcoming school holidays, or during term time if a place becomes available. Make up sessions not taken up during the same term or during the school holidays immediately following the term cannot be rolled over into a new term, nor a credit given towards new term session fees.
